Undrafted Rookie Prince Miller had this to say on Saturday after he was informed that he had made the Ravens 53 man roster, "I had a meeting and I thought I was getting cut. When my agent told me that I made it, I was so happy."

The euphoria lasted less than 24 hours for the cornerback as he was cut by the Ravens to make room for CB Bryan McCann. McCann was signed after being waived on Saturday by the Dallas Cowboys.

The Ravens have two spots open on their practice squad and hope to bring Miller back in one of those spots. McCann faced the same scenario with the Cowboys. After he was cut by Dallas they hoped he would clear waivers and then be assigned to their practice squad. The Ravens thwarted those plans when they stepped in and made a waiver claim on him. With that in mind there is still a chance that Miller could sign with another NFL team and make their 53 man roster.

After Donte' Stallworth broke his foot, Miller, who played college football for the University of Georgia, was the Ravens primary punt returner in the preseason. Miller fielded 10 punts and averaged 12.4 yards on his returns. His longest return of the preseason was for 57 yards.

McCann is also an undrafted rookie. He played CB and safety for Southern Methodist University. McCann led the Cowboys on punt returns in the preseason, averaging 10.8 yards per return.
