With the Fantasy Baseball season coming to the end, there are still veteran and young players who should be available for an immediate impact down the stretch. Who are these players?

 

Starting Pitchers in Focus: Carlos Zambrano

After being demoted to the minors, Zambrano has excelled in August.  In seven appearances (including five starts), he is 3-0 with an ERA of 2.23 and is holding opponents to a .242 batting average. His next start is against the New York Mets at home, where Zambrano has an ERA of 2.35 in 38 1/3 innings pitched.

Zambrano is owned in 23 percent of ESPN leagues, Fantasy owners in need of a valuable starter down the stretch should add him for Week 23...
