Italy international midfielder Mauro Camoranesi has joined Stuttgart from Juventus. The 33-year-old Camoranesi signed a one-year contract with the German club.

Camoranesi played eight seasons with the Juve. He scored 32 goals in 288 appearances for the team after joining the club in 2002.

''Those who love Juventus will always remember Mauro Camoranesi with affection and gratitude,'' the club said in a statement.

Juve also confirmed it had parted company with veteran defender Jonathan Zebina, and are on the verge of selling attacking midfielder Diego to Wolfsburg.
