Every year in fantasy football somebody gets lucky.
The best player on their team ends up being the guy they drafted last.
They are referred to as sleepers, and every fantasy owner wants one or two of these guys on their squad.
The best part about sleepers is that they can make your team, but rarely break them.
So who are the sleepers in the AFC East?
7. Chad Henne

Chad Henne is poised for a breakout year in 2010.
After posting mediocre stats in 2009, Henne numbers should greatly increase this season. Why?
Well it's Henne second season, and now that he has some experience, he'll simply be better. Having Brandon Marshall doesn't hurt, and the Dolphins are expecting big things out of Brian Hartline.
The Fins also seem to be excited about the re-emergence of a two TE set in Anthony Fasano and David Martin.
All things considered, Henne is worth a mid-round pick.
Henne is owned in 57 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
6. Dustin Keller

Keller is a consistent tight end, and those can be hard to find. He is practically guaranteed 500+ receiving yards with a few touchdowns.
So far in the preseason he looks capable of surpassing his totals from his first two years in the NFL.
Keller is owned in 61 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
5. Rob Gronkowski

Rob Gronkowski put himself into contention to be the Patriots' go-to option at tight end this year with two huge receiving TDs in his last preseason appearance.
Don't draft him, but definitely keep an eye on the Patriots' tight end situation as the season progresses.
As of now Gronkowski is only owned in 10 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
4. Brian Hartline

Brian Hartline had a decent 2009 season with 500+ receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Expect those numbers to increase as Hartline enters his sophomore season as the No. 2 option behind Brandon Marshall for the Dolphins.
Hartline is owned in just seven percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
3. Davone Bess

Same story as Hartline, but Bess has been near or at the top of the Dolphins' receiving core for two straight years.
Bess had 76 receptions in 2009 and 54 in 2008.
He is owned in just 15 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
2. C.J. Spiller

Spiller was absolutely explosive in college, but can he be the same player in the NFL?
Maybe better. The Bills are talking about running the Wildcat with Spiller at the helms. If that happens, you want him on your team.
Spiller is currently owned in 55 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
1. Jerricho Cotchery

Cotchery might be the Jets' go-to option on offense, yet he is only being started in 18 percent of cbssports.com fantasy leagues.
In the first four weeks of the season, expect big numbers out of Cotchery. Even after Santonio Holmes's return, Cotchery will be worth having.
Last year Cotchery managed 800+ receiving yards and three touchdowns.
