We are going to have to stand ourselves up and just accept the way the BCS works.

In the end, two teams will always wiggle out from the rest of the mass and show up for the big game.

It's about the fairest way we know. We've tried every version, tweaking and nudging each year, in order to make the best selection possible.

It's sad that LSU is involved in a controversial year AGAIN. If they win, sportswriters from afar will decide that one team or another had a more deserving shot, and ignore LSU's Championship. That school will claim part of another split championship.

If the BCS in not the answer, the end of the season is not the time to try to make changes. We agreed to play by these rules, so do it and change the system next year...Or the year after that.
