A simple review of week two of the Premier League 2010-2011 season. All the weekend games are covered from Saturday to Monday.
This is just a quick review for those of you who are either still learning about the game, or simply in a hurry.
What it means for Arsenal: Comfortable 3 points in the bag.
What it means for Blackpool: One of the hardest games over, should have tried to concede less though.
What it means for City: Decent 3 points, confidence builder.
What it means for Blackburn: 3 dropped points, would have liked at least one.
What it means for Everton: Should have earned all 3 points, could cost them.
What it means for Wolves: Decent point against decent side.
What it means for Stoke: Unlucky not to draw in second half revival.
What it means for Spurs: Hard working win at tough away ground.
What it means for West Brom: Good win against a solid side.
What it means for Sunderland: Missed out on 3 points, would have been aiming to win.
What it means for West Ham: Still not found form, may be battling relegation.
What it means for Bolton: Reasonable 3 points to help push up the table.
What it means for Wigan: Poor performance, didn't lose with dignity.
What it means for Chelsea: Another 6-0 win, another 3 points. Chelsea love playing Wigan after last seasons 8-0.
What it means for Newcastle: Proof they have Premier League quality, great for confidence.
What it means for Villa: Awful showing, need to rope in full time manager quick.
What it means for Fulham: Decent point through last minute header, confidence builder.
What it means for United: 2 points dropped in race to title, inconsistency will cost.
What it means for City: Decent win against a side not on form, good 3 points.
What it means for Liverpool: Sloppy game means 3 points dropped where a draw should have been expected.
Champions League: Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United
Champions League Play-Off: Manchester City
Europa League: Bolton Wanderers
Relegation: Stoke, West Ham United, Wigan Athletic
