7) Radim Vrbata
Vrbata is one of the new faces on the completely re-modeled Tampa Bay Lightning team. Coming off a career season with the Phoenix Coyotes, where he tallied 27 goals along with 29 assists, Vrbata will play a key role on this team in all areas. With plenty of talent now with the Lightning, he should thrive in his new home.
8) Patrik Elias
Like Sykora, Elias' best days may be behind him. However, 55 points (20 G, 35 A) in 74 games is still relatively solid. A veteran player who can still play the game well is always needed in the NHL. With 110 points (39 G, 71 A) in 126 career playoff games, teams can rely on him in the postseason too.
9) Robert Lang
At 37 years of age, Lang is the oldest Czech player in the NHL. The Chicago Blackhawks have a great young team—and if they make it to the promised land next year, Lang will be the one to lead them there. His 54 points (21 G, 33 A) last year show that he isn't ready to quit just yet.
10) Milan Hejduk
It wasn't a great year for the native of Usti, but Hejduk should be able to bounce back with his usual numbers. He may not ever beat the 98 points (50 G, 48 A) he totalled in the 2002-03 campaign with the Colorado Avalanche, but I'm sure he can still hit 70 points a couple more times.
