Sources around the NBA are saying that the Memphis Grizzlies have received some trade offers for Xavier Henry, the unsigned 12th overall pick of the 2010 NBA draft. There are several questions involving the possible future NBA star. But who really knows the real reason for not signing? Henry's agent Arn Tellem, is known for his ability to score big contracts. Joe Johnson ( 5 years ;$67.4 million).Tracy McGrady (3 years; $60.4 million) and Pau Gasol ( 6 years ; $86.4 million). Is he trying to score Henry a big deal that he is not eligible for? or does Henry not want to play for the Grizzlies so he is attempting a "hold out" situation?

If he is as good as he is expected to be then why not give him what he wants? The Grizzlies do needs some help at the SG/SF position. The most he can make this year is $1,683,500. So why not sign him?
