We are just weeks away from the return of college football. In the preseason USA Today Coaches' Poll there are four Big Ten teams in the top 15.
So, who will come away with the Big Ten title? There's Ohio State, Iowa, Penn State and Wisconsin among the contenders.
But we're not really here to talk about the teams trying to make a title run. The return of college football also means the return of college football cheerleaders!
Our focus today is on the beautiful college cheerleaders of the Midwest.
It's time to bring you the hottest cheerleaders from the Big Ten...
I must admit, it's not that easy to find a picture of a Northwestern cheerleader.
And this one has potential for cuteness, but she just doesn't seem to be happy about her job.
So here's a photo of the student body.
Not that impressive, I know. I mean they are known more for their academics than for their football team.
I guess they do more studying than tanning at this private school.
Cheerleaders are cute and petite. These three definitely fit the mold.
I bet they can find their way on top of a cheer pyramid at any given football game.
Just like these guys.
This looks like a very intimidating cheerleading squad.
Quite possibly a more intimidating bunch than the football team.
Is that what it comes down to? Are the Gopher cheerleaders trying to scare opponents?
What they need is more of her.
Definitely less running at the opponents.
And more of her.
This Hoosiers cheerleader just doesn't seem to be that excited.
Well, I guess Indiana football doesn't really give fans that much reason to be happy about anything.
They've got a way better basketball team...
No wait! They're not that good either.
It's your turn to participate. Viewers' choice.
The one on the left? Or the right?
I hope you picked the one on the left, because she's the cheerleader.
Uh Miss, what are you looking at?
You're cute and all, but you need to focus on the task at hand—cheering!
Also, it's time for a costume change...
Sleeveless is good.
I know it's cold in Indiana, but these cheerleaders just boosted team morale because they look hotter without sleeves.
The Fighting Illini have not won the Big Ten title in nearly 10 years.
At least their cheerleaders are still hot.
And they haven't won a National Title in almost 60 years.
But she's still got the spirit.
Oh come on ladies, football games can't be that boring!
It's time to get up and show some spirit.
Who knows, this could actually be JoePa's last year.
Yes, that's better.
Penn State cheerleaders look much hotter when they're excited.
She's definitely beaming with school spirit.
After all, Iowa's ranked No. 12 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll.
Could this be the year the Hawkeyes come away with the Big Ten title?
She definitely thinks so.
Am I seeing multiples? Those two on the right have got to be sisters!
Sibling cheerleaders? That's awesome!
Double the pleasure, double the fun.
And wait, they've also got her on the squad.
A red-headed cheerleader, not many schools have those.
There's something Jenny McCarthy-esque about this cheerleader.
Not a complaint, just an observation.
If only Michigan's football team was as hot as this cheerleader is, then it'd be in a good place right now.
Instead, it punished itself for breaking NCAA rules regarding workouts.
And Rich Rodriguez and the team could face more trouble after the NCAA makes a ruling on the recent hearings.
OSU takes the number one ranking in this list.
A football team needs balance on both sides of the ball: offense and defense.
Similarly, OSU has balance on its cheerleading squad.
They're definitely a top-ranked cheerleading squad!
