Why, Why, Why?  Why do they all have the itch to play?  Retired Players are supposed to stay retired, and not come back to be reinstated by the Commissioner.  For example Brett Favre was reinstated this morning by Roger Goddell.  Which means the the Green Bay Packers have 24 hours to decide what they want to do with the future Hall of Famer Brett Fa

vre.  That means that it is up to the General Manager.  Ted Thompson already has a bad reputation around the NFL.  He was the General Manager who traded away Joe Montana.  Now if Ted Thompson trades away Brett Favre he is really in the NFL's "Black Book," at least to the fans.  I mean if I were Ted Thompson I would at least keep Favre and let him play.  But not let him start any games, because I mean it is now Aaron Rodgers team.  I'd keep Favre because he could be like a second Quarterback Coach, he knows the game like the back of his hand.  So who wouldn't want him teaching their QB's?  Well Ted Thompson it rests in your hands now.  What will you do with the " Iron-man" Brett Favre?

  1. I can respect the fact that its rodgers team now but honestly, how do you not start a guy like favre a truely elite quaterback still top of his game and knows how to win games to me its a no brainer you sit rodgers for one maybe two more seasons and have another steve young if your lucky.
