The Toronto Raptors waived Dwayne Jones this Friday.

Jones became a part of the Raptors in a deal that sent Hedo Turkoglu to Phoenix and Leandro Barbosa to Toronto. He previously signed with the Phoenix Suns as a backup center in the playoffs.

Dwayne Jones was the D-League top rebounder at 16 rebounds per game. He has never been able to get big minutes in the NBA and that's why he takes advantage of the games in the D-League.

He has career stats of 7.8 mpg, 2.3 rpg, and 1.3 ppg on 50% shooting. Jones has played games on 4 different NBA teams.
