Well, during the WWE Championship Match at Summerslam we have been told that if someone interferes they will be suspended.

I think that person will be Triple H.

Think of it: he beats up on Sheamus for what he did to HHH.

Then Orton gets the win and has a staredown with HHH as HHH is suspended.

This would be WWE's excuse for Triple H's absence until the predicted December.
