With all the troubles at defensive tackle the Packers have been having, Green Bay was considering giving Grady Jackson a try once again.
They were too late, though. Jackson signed with the Atlanta Falcons on Monday.
"Oakland, New England, Jacksonville and Green Bay had expressed interest in Jackson," reports D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Consitution.
In what Ledbetter describes as an "on-again, off-again relationship," Jackson must like dealing with his former employers. Jackson formerly played with both the Packers and the Falcons.
What this shows is that the Packers are definitely not settled at defensive tackle. Don't be surprised to see if they add someone before training camp is over.
