Ready for one last weekend of college football before bowl season?

Me too.

Here are the picks...

SEC Championship: Tennessee vs. LSU

It will be interesting to see if LSU has a hangover from last week—especially after the absurd comments coach Les Miles has made recently.

With a head coach and assistant coach both rumored to be headed elsewhere, it will be tough for the Tigers to rally for a win.

Meanwhile, Tennessee is out to prove all the doubters wrong—and the Vols definitely have the advantage in terms of motivation.

In the end, I just don’t think Tennessee has enough talent to overcome this tried and tested LSU team.

My pick:  LSU

Big 12 Championship: Oklahoma vs. Missouri

Missouri’s story is great, but I think their title dreams run of out of gas this weekend.

It’s tough to beat a team twice in a football season, but the Sooners have so much experience in big games, while the Tigers still have much to prove in the grand scheme.

Stoops might not be the most demonstrative coach, but he knows what he’s doing.

My pick:  Oklahoma

ACC Championship: Virginia Tech vs. Boston College

What a strange season for both of these teams.

Amazingly, VT is sitting at number 6 in the BCS, while BC has taken a bit of a free-fall.

Again, look for experience to win out in this one—and revenge extracted at the same time.  Beamer’s special teams might just be the difference in the game.

My pick: Virginia Tech

And on to the rivalry games...

UCLA at USC

This one is easy. The Trojans are cruising, and they're playing at home.

My pick:  USC

Oregon State at Oregon

The Beavers have a little momentum going, and the Ducks appear to be stuck in the mud.

That said, I’ve got to think they turn it around for this game.

My pick:  Oregon

Upset Pick...

Washington at Hawaii

There is no reason to think Washington can win this game.

Then again, well—you already know how this season has gone.

My pick:  Washington
