Welcome to the South, football fans—and, to be more specific, welcome to Louisiana Southern University, home of the Tigers.

Ole Miss University, with their Colonel Reb mascot that will soon be scratched in light of something new, are the No. 12 team entering the 2010 College Football season.

Please forgive me, Bama fans, for ranking the Auburn Tigers above y'all in this week's preseason college football poll.

But can you really argue with Auburn landing at No. 9 in this week's rankings?

Who DOESN'T enjoy watching the beauties of God's creation prance around cheering for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks?

Everything is bigger—and better—in Texas, right?

Yes, we are heading back East to the beautiful state of Florida, and this time we are landing at the University of Florida.

3. Arizona State University

Not much gets hotter than a Sun Devil, and Arizona State has every reason to back up that theory.

Arizona State enters the 2010 college football season as the No. 3 team in the country, and the Sun Devils likely won't be losing their positioning any time in the near future.

2. Florida State University

Florida-state-cheerleader_display_image

Back to Florida, although this will unfortunately be our final stop in the state.

The Florida State Seminoles will be embarking upon the 2010 college football season as the No. 2 team in the nation.

Any arguments?
