Playing a skill position in football for a young athlete is hard enough. Try playing two. That is exactly what WR/QB combo player from Thorton Township High School Charles Knowles does.
This 6'4 " 180 pound combo player made all-area and all-conference last year in the Chicago land area, that isn't easy. Knowles had 37 catches for 735 yards and although he doesn't have the best speed, he has great hands and those great hands landed him 15 touchdowns.
His school is located in Harvey, Illinois which may be the reason you have not heard of him yet. Even though you haven't heard of him, schools like Nebraska, Ball State, Bowling Green and Purdue have. He's only played football for three years, but he's got talent.
He's also got drive. Knowles says having fun and being in school is part of his off-field drive to become the best he can be. When he's not playing football he likes to relax and hang out with friends and family.
Charles Knowles is a young, skilled, and driven combo football player destined for big things in his career. Whether you follow him or not won't matter. The schools are calling, the football fans will be watching. Charles Knowles is headed for stardom.
