The Tampa Bay Rays appear to be the favorite in the Adam Dunn sweepstakes. This according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post.
Both the Chicago White Sox and the San Francisco Giants have back out of a potential deal, simply because the Nationals are asking for more than the two teams are willing to give up for Dunn.
Dunn is hitting .277 with 24 home runs and 64 RBIs. If the deal were to go through, it is likely the Rays would use Dunn as their primary DH.
