The latest buzz in the NFL is where T.O. is going for the 2010. He is upset that teams aren't waving huge contracts in front of him. This is because he thinks he is still a super-star and is demanding a lofty contract.

He still puts up solid numbers, but he also has a lot of drops and brings a media circus wherever he goes.

So for all the fans who would like to know if T.O. is coming to their city, here is my list of where he SHOULD go, not where he will go.

(For the record, this egomaniac should go to Baghdad dressed as a Jewish Teletubbie.)

10. Houston Texans (Shouldn't)

95632011_display_image

The youngest team in the NFL doesn't need such a bad role model to look up to.

They can win, but they don't need TO to do so, so they won't offer him the money he wants.

9.Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Shouldn't)

98784314_display_image

This is a young team and both head coach Raheem Morris and GM Mark Dominik have expressed a desire to keep high character guys in Tampa.

After Antonio Bryant made a small scene, he was let go despite being the most talented receiver.

The Buccaneers don't want to risk TO's antics on a young receiving corps especially when fourth-round pick Mike Williams is coming off of small character issues at Syracuse.

8. Detroit Lions (Shouldn't)

94526865_display_image

The Lions are losers, they aren't going anywhere and they already have a superstar receiver in Calvin Johnson.

TO can't benefit from this team and all that he would do by going to Detroit would be that he is a slight upgrade from Nate Burleson.

Also, TO doesn't have the patience to deal with a young quarterback. He couldn't deal with good quarterbacks like Jeff Garcia, Donovan McNabb, and Tony Romo, so imagine what he'd be like in a second year with a poor quarterback who is still learning how to play in the NFL.

7. Arizona Cardinals (Shouldn't)

95872601_display_image

They lost Anquan Boldin, and TO is the only thing that could possibly replace Boldin. He will be opened up by Larry Fitizgerald and shouldn't take away plays from Steve Breaston.

TO would be the third receiver and may not be content with this. If ever TO was a media favorite, it would be with the Cardinals.

TO cannot be a third receiver, he is too prideful.

6. New England Patriots (Shouldn't)

95945133_display_image

There was talk about TO going to the Patriots because Bill Belichick can straighten out players. But the fact of the matter is that the Patriots already have 2 disgruntled stars in Randy Moss and Tom Brady. They don't need a third.

Plus they have just gone through a scandal with fourth-round pick Aaron Hernandez about his drug test failures.

They don't need any more receivers, they already have Randy Moss and Wes Welker looks to be progressing ahead of schedule.

They also have Julian Edelman, in whom the organization has much confidence.

5. Pittsburgh Steelers (Shouldn't)

Ben-roethlisberger-drunk-2_display_image

They are in need of a receiver to replace Santonio Holmes.

But people in the organization trust Mike Wallace; and Heinz Ward is getting old, but his replacement isn't another old guy.

Plus, the Steelers have endured enough controversy in the past year...self-explanatory.

4. Baltimore Ravens (Shouldn't)

95832927_display_image

They have troubled receiver Donte Stallworth. Plus they already have enough other weapons for Joe Flacco in Anquan Boldin, Derrick Mason, and Ray Rice.

Like the Cardinals, they do not need TO causing troubles as a second- or third string receiver.

This would be a possible Super Bowl contender, but TO is not needed here.

3. New York Jets (Shouldn't)

101_braylon_edwards--300x300_display_image

The Jets have the receivers they need in Jerricho Cotchery, Braylon Edwards, and Santonio Holmes. Holmes in himself is enough trouble.

The Jets already have one star receiver who drops a lot of passes. Do you really think they want a second?

He could win, but there would be more pressure on him with the drops since Edwards will doubtlessly have a handful of dropped passes.

This pressure would doubtlessly end in finger pointing and an upset locker room.

In the end, TO would destroy the chemistry of a playoff-bound team that really doesn't require his services.

2. Cincinnati Bengals (Shouldn't)

95567727_display_image

The only reason that TO should come to Cincinnati is if Antonio Bryant's knee still hurts. Otherwise, TO will not be able to share a stage with Chad Ochocinco.

The two will have fun at first, but as they battle each other for receptions and try to upstage one another in their celebrations and various antics they will get annoyed of their similar personalities.

They will get mad and one of the two players will try to put the other in his place, likely with TO saying that Ochocinco copied him and is just a wannabe.

This would destroy a good receiving corps, especially because Antonio Bryant has the talent to upstage both receivers with his acrobatic catch abilities.

If the Rams don't get TO, then he will be going here.

1. Washington Redskins (Shouldn't)

98590245_display_image

T.O. has never won a Super Bowl and he is old. At his age, he wants to go to a good team.

Washington's best receiver has been Santana Moss since 2005, he is pretty good and would be better with a receiver of T.O.'s caliber on the opposite side of him.

Devin Thomas, Washington's 2008 second-round pick hasn't done anything outside of a 100-yard receiving game against the Saints. Other 2008 second-round pick Malcolm Kelly has also failed to produce.

Because they are a team that is primed to win, this is a city where T.O. should want to go.

This sounds like a great place for TO to put up some numbers especially with an great quarterback.

However, the main problem is his strained relationship with that quarterback Donovan McNabb, oh and the fact that Mike Shannahan said he doesn't want Owens.

Because of those last two things, there is no way TO should go to Washington.

10. San Diego Chargers (Should)

96177777_display_image

They don't really need him, just to loosen contract negotiations with Vincent Jackson. Also, GM A.J. Smith has said the Chargers won't sign TO.

9. Oakland Raiders (Should)

Al-davis2_display_image

Al Davis is known for his horrible decision making.

This isn't that horrible of a decision because it adds a good/decent receiver to a mediocre corps.

Also, it makes Jason Campbell's job slightly easier.

8. Tennessee Titans (Should)

95649464_display_image

The Titans are a strong team on defense and clearly have a great weapon in Chris Johnson who can both catch and run the ball.

However, the receiving corps of Kenny Britt and Nate Washington is mediocre.

A guy like TO could teach these young kids the tricks of the trade and would provide a weapon for former Rookie of the Year Vince Young.

This team is a receiver away from making a deep playoff run.

7. Seattle Seahawks (Should)

95595530_display_image

Due to injuries that required offseason surgery, TJ Houshmandzadeh and Deion Branch may not be completely ready for training camp.

Matt Hasselbeck could use a good receiver to open camp who could start on opening day, assuming that he outperforms either of the two injured receivers.

6. Chicago Bears (Should)

94376952_display_image

Chicago has lost out on three big name free agents (see Miami Heat) so far this year and landed some second-tiered talent (i.e., Carlos Boozer, Kyle Korver, etc.).

Why not make a splash and stir some controversy in a big city like Chicago with a signing like this?

Besides, it may take some pressure off of Jay Cutler as fans begin to focus on TO and blame him after the most consistently overrated football team falls far short of its preseason predictions.

Also, it would probably open the much improved Devin Hester and little-known up-and-coming Devin Aromashodu.

5. Denver Broncos (Should)

95567196_display_image

Josh McDaniels is making a name for himself as a gutsy caller, and this is most certainly a gutsy call.

Now this is the best move Denver can make to fill the void left by the Brandon Marshall trade.

4. Carolina Panthers (Should)

95471743_display_image

Carolina rebounded last season behind its league-leading rushing tandem and new starter Matt Moore.

Moore has potential and Steve Smith is good, but that's about it, he has no other proven receivers.

The coaching staff has confidence in Dante Rosario, but a player like TO is what the Panthers really need to complement Smith.

3. Atlanta Falcons (Should)

93611809_display_image

This is a young playoff contender. The Falcons improved their defense this offseason with the addition of cornerback Daunta Robinson and linebacker Sean Weatherspoon.

The Falcons want to surround Matt Ryan with weapons and with Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez, and the ferocious Michael Turner, TO would be a nice piece to the puzzle.

Though he may not get as many balls thrown his way as he likes (similar to Arizona) the Falcons would be winning, so TO wouldn't be able to complain.

2. St. Louis Rams (Should)

Bradfordspags625mar2510_display_image

May not be the smartest decision for TO's legacy. But last year he didn't care about that with the Bills.

It would ease the job for rookie QB Sam Bradford. TO would be mentoring a young receiving corps that lacks experience.

Offensive Coordinator Pat Shurmur was the Offensive Coordinator for TO in Philadelphia when TO put up 14 touchdowns and,1,200 yards on 77 catches.

Last season, the most productive receiver for the Rams was Donnie Avery, who had 589 yards and 5 TDs on 47 receptions.

He was followed by Brandon Gibson and Danny Amendola, who each had one touchdown. Gibson had 348 yards on 34 catches.

TO would clearly be an upgrade as a receiver and the Rams are impressed that he was able to put up yards in a "slow" year that was still more productive than any of the young Rams receivers while he remained low-key.

In 2007 and 2009 TO had more catches of over 40 yards than all of the Rams receivers combined.

He could help a young group of receivers and ease the pressure on Sam Bradford. The Rams are reportedly looking to sign TO somewhere between Monday and Tuesday.

1. Indianapolis Colts (Should)

96484394_display_image

The Colts are a contender year in and year out. This would be perfect for an elderly receiver.

Last season, they let go of Marvin Harrison and his replacement Anthony Gonzalez to injury. The replacements were then Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie.

Peyton Manning has helped make these receivers better than they naturally are. Despite the apparent plethora of receivers in Indianapolis, the Colts may start the season without disgruntled Pro Bowl WR Reggie Wayne and injured Anthony Gonzalez.

Because of this, if Peyton Manning even sneezes while asked if he would like to see TO wearing a blue-and-white uniform, the deal should be done immediately.
