[Author's Note: In Parts 12-14 of my College Football series... I may get a little obsessive-compulsive with "The Importance of Winning AT HOME, on SENIOR DAY."]
Here is a recap of Jimson's Top 10 Standings After Week 13 of the 2008 College Football season:
1. Florida Gators 11-0
2. Utah Utes 12-0
3. Texas Tech Red Raiders 11-0
4. Missouri Tigers 11-0
5. Kansas Jayhawks 10-1
6. Arizona State Sun Devils 9-1
7. West Virginia Mountaineers 9-1

9. Alabama Crimson Tide 9-2
10. Clemson Tigers 10-1
Now, it's time to move on to Week 14 of the 2008 college football season.
Key Games in Week 14:
Kansas (10-1) vs. Missouri (11-0) (in Kansas City, Missouri)
Obviously, this Big 12 North showdown is the game of the week in Week 14! In fact, this matchup features two teams, who are each ranked in the top five... as the #5 Kansas Jayhawks and the #4 Missouri Tigers face off, in Arrowhead Stadium!
In addition, BOTH of these teams head into this showdown, with so much momentum, and coming off a bye week! In fact, the Missouri Tigers head into the showdown with an UNDEFEATED record... while the Kansas Jayhawks are coming off a HUGE WIN, AT HOME, on SENIOR DAY, against the Texas Longhorns, in Week 12.
In the end, I expect the Missouri Tigers to defeat the Kansas Jayhawks, and improve to 12-0... to set up an ALL-UNDEFEATED Big 12 Championship Game, against the Texas Tech Raiders!
Winner: Missouri
Auburn (8-3) @ Alabama (9-2)
It is SENIOR DAY in Tuscaloosa, Alabama... for the Alabama Crimson Tide!
Well, it's time, once again for the Iron Bowl, as the Auburn Tigers travel to Tuscaloosa to take on the #9 Alabama Crimson Tide!
Although Alabama has already won the SEC West, and clinched a berth to the SEC Championship Game (against Florida), it must also be noted that the Auburn Tigers have defeated the Alabama Crimson Tide SIX years in a row, in the Iron Bowl!
Remember what the Alabama Crimson Tide did last season, AT HOME, on SENIOR DAY?
Well, it's VERY EMBARRASSING, to say the least! However, I am pretty sure that most people remember it.
On November 17th last season, the Alabama Crimson Tide LOST AT HOME, on SENIOR DAY to the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks, 21-14. In fact, this following quote was written, on the Louisiana-Monroe @ Alabama game recap, on ESPN.com:

Once again you are inconsistent with your rankings. Last week you penalized both Missouri and Kansas for having a bye week (You had Texas Tech and Utah leap over them for beating Oklahoma and BYU respectively. BTW -- Oklahoma and BYU weren't even ranked in your Top 10). But this week, Utah has bye week but you don't have Missouri leaping over them for beating your #5 ranked team?
Also, looking back at Part 3 of your series, I see that you have #5 USC beating #4 OSU and you completely dropped OSU out of the top 10. You did the same theing when #3 Missouri beat #4 Texas in Part 8. You completely drop Texas out of the Top 10. But #4 Missouri beats #5 Kansas and you only drop Kansas 2 spots? Also back in Part 9 you have #7 Texas Tech beating #2 Kansas and you only dropped Kansas 3 spots.
You should not be allowed to continue these rankings. You show all this love for Kansas and the Big 12. Not to mention Utah. If you are going to do a series on week-by-week rankings, at least try and be as unbiased as you can. You blatantly show your love for Kansas.

As I have said before, this is EXACTLY the reason why I do NOT like to do rankings... It is IMPOSSIBLE to please EVERYONE, NO MATTER HOW I rank the teams, lolz :)

OK- I haven't really been commenting on your pieces just cause, well, I find you ignorant and annoying about everything related to college football...
However-
1. Washington St will not be bowl eligible if they beat Hawaii- If you play 13 games, like WSU is- you have to win 7 of them to become bowl eligible- not 6...
2. Hawaii, over the past 5 years, is 33-7 at home and you are saying they will lose every home game but 1 this year? and PS- they haven't had Colt since 2003 either...
3. How is Missouri and Tech (both BCS teams) still behind Utah? Hawaii was #23 in the pre-season poll last year and it took them until the final week of the regular season to get to #10...
And last but not least, I'm obviously not shocked to see KU only fall 2 spots and is, surprise, surprise, the highest ranked 2-loss team in the country...

YES, I am saying that Hawaii will LOSE EVERY GAME, but 1 this year... because I feel that the foundation of Hawaii's program has been CRUMBLING, since the Sugar Bowl debacle, against Georgia :)

Well, just by looking at the title of this article... It is pretty obvious that this whole 20th birthday SPECIAL EDITION is very much dedicated to this game!
This Big 12 showdown features one team, who is a DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPION (well, at least according to the Jimson poll)... and another team, who is THE DEFENDING Big 12 CHAMPION!
In addition, BOTH of these teams are ranked in the Top 15... as the #2 Kansas Jayhawks travel to Norman, to take on the #13 Oklahoma Sooners.
The defending Big 12 Champion, Oklahoma Sooners, are heading into this showdown, coming off a loss to the Texas Longhorns, in Week 7.

If you keep talking about how Utah was #14 in your preseason poll and thats why you have them at #2 now, why is it that they jump Missouri when they were ranked higher than them in the preseason poll.
This top 10 is extremely funny. If half of this is right at this point next season then you are a genius, because I would bet that nobody else sees it as being this.

I don't understand why people keep saying Hawaii will be so bad. It's understandable that we'll probably lose to Boise St. and Fresno St. in the WAC because they are so strong. But we get to play Nevada and La Tech at home... Our other two close games from last year in conference play. Fresno St. will be roaring and ready after almost coming back last year 37-30 and they will be especially fierce because UH put 68 points on them.. in Fresno St. Also, I do not think that UH will lose to WSU. Lastly, UH is no longer the Rainbow Warriors. The football team is now the Warriors. I said Rainbow Warriors in my 1st article, but that was a reference to the teams back in the 80s when the were the Rainbows. I don't mean to be a stickler, but it's just the way it is now.

Well, Hawaii LOSES their top three wide receivers, their best offensive lineman... and their HEISMAN-FINALIST QB, Colt Brennan :)
