The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Hines Ward in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft. Since then, Ward has become the greatest Steelers receiver to ever play the game.

For his career, he leads the Steelers in receptions (895), receiving yards (10.947), and touchdowns (78).

Entering his 13th season in Pittsburgh, there is an argument that Hines Ward has lost a step, and trading Santonio Holmes to the New York Jets is going to kill the Steelers, because Hines Ward is no longer able to be a true #1 receiver.
