Darcy Tucker spent eight years of his NHL career playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs. For most of that time, he was the heart and soul of the team.

Tucker has spent the last two years playing for the Colorado Avalanche. Tucker, a free agent, could be signed for little and would prove great for a Leafs roster filled with young players.

Tucker would be an important part of the Leafs' bottom six and would provide grit, leadership, and even some scoring.
