I am sick and tired of stupid Bulls fans saying how good their precious Rose is. He is not as good as people think, and they need to get their heads out of their asses. Here are five undebatable reasons why Rondo is better then Rose.

Before the Slideshow

Before I get into this slideshow, I am kidding. Yes I do think Rondo is better and in this article I will explain my thinking, but this is mostly to make fun of the people on this site that are completely obsessed with this debate.

Yes I defend Rondo when I see articles that think he sucks, but I try to use stats and examples. So let the comments come.

Defense

This one does not really have any debate. Rondo was named to the All-Defense team as a point guard. He is the best defensive point guard in the NBA.

Facilitator

Well he led the league in assists, and had Paul been healthy Rondo would have been a close second. Yes, Rondo has three future Hall-of-Famers around him to give the ball to, but those three players are washed up and one-dimensional. Allen shoots threes, Pierce only does isolation, and Garnett only does turnarounds and ally-oops.

His assists come when he uses his speed in transition to hit Allen on a three (which could happen in Chicago with Hinrich) or Big Baby running down, or Tony Allen who is right next to him. People need to understand that he gets everyone involved, not just the Aging Three.

There were a ton of concerns when the Big Three formed about how they would distribute the ball. Rondo has lived up to the challenge and figured out their strengths. Rondo has to feed it to them at the exact right moment, because the Big Three aren't as good at creating their own shots anymore. He is a pass first, shoot/slash player second. Rose is a shoot first, pass later player.

Ball-Handling

Rondo has incredible ball-handling. He rarely gives up turnovers, and he uses insane moves to get to the basket. It truly is a thing of beauty watching him use his hands to pass and completely fake out opponents. He is the best passer the Celtics have had since Larry Bird.

I don't see much debate here either. Rose can't slash to the basket and then pass behind his back out to the perimeter. Rondo is just better there.

Rebounding

Rondo is without question the best rebounding point guard in the NBA. Being able to rebound gives him the chance for a triple double any night of the week. It also allows the Celtics to move in transition and score quickly. It is exciting watching him rebound over centers and power forwards, or sometimes crashing to the floor because he jumps so freaking high. Rondo has mad hops that only teammate Nate Robinson can match as far as length.

Speed, Quickness, and Vision

He is as fast as Tony Parker, and has the vision of Steve Nash. He can blow by anyone in the league, and pass it out to someone he can't even see. If you would like to try to debate this one then go ahead. There is no argument, but you are welcome to try.

I did not even mention the fact Rondo had one of the five best playoff games of all time when he went for 27, 13, and 18 against Cleveland.

Last Thought

So like Drew Barrymore here, I am going to sit back and watch the debate begin. I want to see stats though, not lame and stupid comments that have no facts in them whatsoever. I got it started, now go!
