According to The Wrestling Observer, Triple H underwent surgery to repair a torn muscle tendon in the arm. Apparently, this is an injury sustained outside of the squared circle. The recovery time is a few months, which would prevent his planned Summerslam return to face Sheamus.

With Triple H out for months, this eliminates the chance of a feud with Nexus. I also believe this eliminates him becoming RAW's GM.
