Sports Entertainment Scoops (sescoops.com) is reporting that Triple H underwent surgery this week to repair a torn muscle tendon in his arm.

It has been speculated that the injury occured while he was filming one of his two upcoming WWE films.

"The Game" is expected to be out of action for several months, therefore eliminating his anticipated return to WWE at SummerSlam against Sheamus.

Update: ProWrestling.net is also reporting the Triple H injury, stating that the surgery was to his upper arm. They are also reporting that he could be out anywhere between two to four months.
