UFC 119 was in need of a main and co-main events. Well today it received both.
Damon Martin of MMAWeekly first reported that Ryan Bader will face Antonio Rogerio Noguiera (Little Nog) in the co-main event.
In addition to that announcement, Mike Chiappetta of MMAFighting.com is reporting that Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera will get the rematch he has been asking for in Frank Mir.
According to Chiapetta, UFC President Dana White confirmed the news of both matchups and the event officially has two headline bouts.
Mir defeated Noguiera in their first meeting via TKO and soon after, speculation arose that a staph infection restricted Big Nog’s performance.
Both Rodrigo Noguiera (Big Nog) and Frank Mir are coming off losses in their most recent fights and will look to get back in the win column.
