The 2010 FIFA World Cup is coming to an end and everyone is looking back at what had happened and dreaming about what should happen in the on coming Semi finals. Of course, too, the FIFA World Cup Finals on Sunday.
Many nations are surprised and many are disappointed. Italy, who successfully got last place in their group, would certainly be one of the most disappointed nations. France, who also got a early exit, is another disappointed nation.
England, who once again got a perfect reason for being kicked out of the world cup, and Argentina and even Brazil who all have a lot of "should have or could have" are all out of the FIFA World Cup.
Spain, who are advancing to their first ever FIFA World Cup semi final, should be one of the happiest nations. Germany had been looked down upon due to injuries of first team players. As of now, however, Germany have successfully destroyed every single opponent with young, energetic players. Netherlands upset Brazil to book their spot in the semi finals and should be extremely happy has they have a great chance to be in the finals by Sunday.
Disgrace number one. USAs disallowed goal
This was a small matter, as they still got number one in their group and they got the chance to face Ghana, who is weaker compared to Germany.
But in the end, USA got their asses kicked by Ghana, who they claim to be a weaker team than they are but... We all know they are very evenly matched.
The goal was disallowed, mainly because there was pushing in the box when the ball was delivered into the box. So ref, if you are reading, seriously, when do you ever see players standing in the box and not touching each other and completely not moving during and free kick or a corner?
Disgrace number three: Argentina clearly offside goal
Not that I am a good ref but seriously?
Alright, I give you the benefit of the doubt, you did not see Tevez head the ball... but when you see him celebrating, you should have know what is happening!
This is a silly mistake for soccer's biggest event!
Disgrace number four. Kaka's red card
Alright! The picture has nothing to do with this!
Kaka got ran into and he got a red card. Need further details?
They have been a lot of silly red cards this World Cup, I am not talking about players doing stupid things, because that happens all the time, but the ref giving stupid cards!
Disgrace number five. Japan getting kicked out!
The penalty was good, as in no bad things happened.
But then did anyone notice a Paraguay player elbowing a Japan player? Clearly intentional in the replay. The ref is hardly five yards away. If, and only if, the ref saw it, Japan would have played Spain and got kicked out anyway.
But I believe the ref intentionally not see it.
The WORST of ALL. Ghana vs Uruguay, the Hand of God
So finally, A hand ball brought Uruguay to the FIFA World Cup semi-finals.
I would say this is the most unfair game I have seen so far!
The ref should have just let the goal in and gave a red card. THE END. No one would have complain or say a word!
FIFA should review certain rules and use technology to assist referees. Otherwise, football will become the world's most unfair game very soon.
Using your hand is a direct red card, but is advice during very important times!
