According to The Chicago Tribune, restricted free agent Luol Deng would like to ink a long-term deal before the Olympics in August. There is also a report from Yahoo!Sports that Deng might take the $4.5 million qualifying offer from the Bulls and become a unrestricted free agent next summer.
If the Bulls can not get a deal done with Deng, they will be at a huge loss. This is a guy the Bulls were looking to build around—he averaged 17 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game.
With the drafting of Derrick Rose, the Bulls also need to decide what they will do with PG Kirk Hinrich and top scorer SG Ben Gordon.
This offseason could very well decide what the Bulls' future will be. If they lose Deng and Gordon—it could be ugly.

I am one who thinks the Bulls should keep Deng. He may not be a superstar but he's a valuable player for them and I would hate to see him leave.
