UFC 116: Lesnar versus Carwin will take place live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As we all know by now, undisputed heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar returns to the world famous Octagon tomorrow night against interim champion Shane Carwin.

During the pre-fight press conference yesterday, UFC President Dana White stated that the organization considers it to be sellout.

Capacity at the MGM Grand Garden Arena is in the range of 17,000, but UFC 116 will likely be set up to accommodate 16,000 fans.

The last event held at the MGM was at UFC 114 that featured a main event of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson versus Rashad Evans.

Rampage and Evans officially drew 14,246 fans to the arena which led to a $3.7 million live gate.

That being said, Lesnar versus Carwin is considered by many to be the biggest heavyweight title fight in mixed martial arts history.

Thus, the event is set to produce great numbers for the organization and Lesnar himself, who receives a portion of pay-per-view buys in the events he competes in.
