Let's look at how the ladies in this years Wimbledon Final stack up against one another.

Forehand

This is a no brainier, as Serena has a much better forehand than Vera. With her ability to dictate play and her great accuracy, you have to give this to Serena, hands down.

Backhand

This is a close one, as both players have great backhands. But I have to give it to Serena. With the huge power advantage that she has over Vera, it is hard to say Vera has the better backhand.

Serve

Obviously the serve goes to Serena. With one the the most powerful and accurate serves in the women's game, Serena is able to dictate play with this unbelievable weapon.

Movement

Finally a mark for Vera. Vera's movement is the key to her success. She will have to rely on her movement to give he an opportunity to win.

Intangibles

Vera has broken down mentally in matches before, giving up big leads and her game just totally leaving her.

Serena has been here before—many times. She has won many grand slams. She is always rock-solid in pressure situations.

So I have to give this to Serena.

Verdict

Although everything points to Serena Williams winning Wimbledon again this year. I am going with the upset, to match the other stunning upsets at Wimbledon this year. I am taking Vera Zvonareva to win the title.

Vera Zvonareva d. Serena Williams: 6-4, 2-6, 7-5
