Wade Barrett Returns to WWE While The Nexus' Role Expands

Jason Taylor@jtay59Correspondent IJuly 1, 2010

Wade Barrett's work visa issues appear to have been resolved, as The Wrestling Observer is reporting that he may be back in the states as early as today, and back on WWE television as early as next week.

Barrett and WWE had been discussing the situation about his work visa for a few weeks prior to its expiration, therefore it didn't catch WWE completely by surprise and it appeared to have been resolved fairly quickly.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Drew McIntyre, as there's been no word on when he may return.

The Nexus members have been told by WWE officials to play the heel role while engaging the fans in public. They're not allowed to sign autographs or pose for photos, and they'll be wearing the "N" armbands in public.

The Nexus stable will remain on the Raw roster and won't be doing any run-ins on SmackDown.
