FIFA World Cup 2010: Jean-Pierre Escalettes Resigns As FFF President

Jean-Pierre Escalettes has just announced his resignation as president of the French Football Federation (FFF). The breaking news comes in the wake of the spectacular defeat of the French in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

In the wake of the resignation announcement and the possible investigation of the FFF by French President Nicholas Sarkozy, FIFA has warned France it could face action if there is government intervention in the FFF.
