If you haven't heard the Kardashians are now the WAG equivalent of a rabbit's foot—rub them and you'll get good luck.
While Jessica Simpson was blamed for affecting Tony Romo's game and bringing the Cowboys bad luck; two Kardashians—Kim and Khloe are being viewed as lucky charms.
The New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Lakers both won championships this year while Kim and Khloe played key roles as good luck WAGs.
Let's pretend for a minute that the superstition is actually true and dating a Kardashian does net a championship.
Here are 10 athletes that desperately need to date a Kardashian...
Matt Leinart
Apparently, it did his former USC teammate Reggie Bush a lot of good to date Kim Kardashian.
Forget dating Paris Hilton, a rumored ex-girlfriend. It's time to get down with a Kardashian.
This former Heisman trophy winner's professional football career could use a boost.
Now that Kurt Warner is retired, Leinart is getting another shot as the starter for the Phoenix Cardinals.
Matt needs to know that having a Kardashian at his side can help re-ignite his once promising career.
Allen Iverson
News around the league says that the former 2001 NBA MVP has had a lot of personal trouble and off-the-court issues the last few months.
After playing for four teams over the last two seasons, he's also had to deal with a lot of uncertainty regarding his basketball career.
Now that his wife of eight years has filed for divorce, A.I. is an eligible bachelor.
The Answer, might find a solution to his problems by dating a Kardashian. Anyone of which can help him find redemption by winning an NBA championship.
Phillip Rivers
Three quarterbacks were chosen in the first 11 picks of the 2004 NFL Draft. Out of that group, Philip Rivers is the only one that has yet to win a Super Bowl.
The other two—Eli Manning won Super Bowl XLII with the New York Giants and Ben Roethlisberger won Super Bowl's XL and XLIII with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
With no more LT, the pressure now lies on Rivers to lead the team to the Super Bowl. He could definitely use the Kardashian's help.
Tracy McGrady
T-Mac in his NBA career has carried with him the unimpressive distinction of not being able to get past the first round of the playoffs.
Despite being teamed with other stars like Vince Carter, Grant Hill and Yao Ming, he has experienced a lot of basketball related misfortune that has prevented him from seeing success in the playoffs.
It's obvious, T-Mac doesn't need a superstar partner on the basketball court. He needs a Kardashian girlfriend off the court.
Ricky Williams
Remember Lamar Odom during his Los Angeles Clippers years? He was suspended by the league twice for using marijuana.
The way I see it, Ricky and Lamar had a lot in common in the early 2000s. Both were extremely talented players that had a fondness for weed.
The only difference now is that Odom is a two-time NBA champion and he's married to a Kardashian.
It's not too late Ricky! Miami is where Khloe and Kourtney hang out during the summer.
Vince Carter
Vince was supposed to be the missing piece for the Orlando Magic. This year, while playing alongside Dwight Howard they didn't even make it back to the NBA Finals.
Carter is no longer the superstar he once was earlier in his career. It might be time to enlist the help of a Kardashian. Otherwise, his chances of winning a title will follow him into retirement.
Matt Kemp
The Dodgers haven't won a World Series since 1988.
After consecutive seasons losing in the NLCS, it's clear they need to make a move that will take them over the hump.
Kemp needs to take one for the team. He's already proven that he can go out with a girl with star power by dating pop star Rihanna.
It's time to bring a Kardashian into his life.
LeBron James
LeBron's biggest move this offseason might not be signing with a new team.
Instead, it might be hooking up with one of the Kardashians.
Only 25-years-old and already viewed as one the greatest players in NBA history, there's a lot of pressure on LeBron to win a championship.
With Kobe at five championships and LeBron still laying an egg, Kobe-LeBron comparisons have subsized.
LeBron's best chance at ruining the Lakers team chemistry and post-season success is by making a run at Lamar Odom's wife, Khloe.
Randy Moss
In 2008, Randy Moss and the New England Patriots' high-powered offense were upset by Eli Manning and the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLIII.
The next year, Tom Brady tore his ACL and was out for the entire season.
After playing for the Minnesota Vikings and Oakland Raiders, Moss' time with the Pats was supposed to bring him a championship.
Three seasons later, he's still trying to find a way back to the Super Bowl and win. Maybe a Kardashian can help?
Dirk Nowitzki
Dirk's 32-years-old and the only thing that's eluded him in his Hall of Fame caliber career is an NBA Championship.
His love-life has even been in the dumps. Last year, his fiancée Cristal Taylor was arrested after it was discovered that she had a troubled past and outstanding warrants.
What better way to both fix his personal and basketball life than to date a Kardashian which will inevitably lead to winning a championship.
