Many of us on Bleacher Report would love it if the WWE gave us control (not like that crappy viewer's choice a couple weeks back.) of the creative staff to turn people face or heel, give championships and push people or to even fire people. If i was in charge of the creative staff at WWE, this is what i would do.
I would fire Hornswoggle, Chris Masters, The Bellas, Mark Henry, Finlay (as a wrestler, he is still listed on the Smackdown roster page.) Tyler Reks and Shad.
The Superstars i would turn heel are John Cena (despite the money he makes for WWE, it would make for a refreshing spin of events)
Jerry Lawler (heel commentators are awesome!)
The Great Khali (he's awesome as a heel, he blows worse than Mizzou as a face)
Christian (he isn't doing anything much as a face)
Kane (He may be already headed there if he is indeed the Undertaker's assailant, but he is more of a monster as a heel)
The Superstars that i would turn Face are as follows
Chris Jericho: He rocks as either a heel or face, but i wanna see him as a face really soon.
William Regal: He has given enough to this business to be liked by the fans.
Maryse: It would be another good reason to cheer for Maryse, who is already sexy as hell.
Jack Swagger: he is somewhat of a good heel, but could be one of the funniest characters as a face.
The feuds i would set up after my heel and face turns.
Triple H vs John Cena: A face Triple H vs. a heel John Cena would be epic.
Chris Jericho vs The Great Khali: With Jericho turning face and facing a more deadly heel Khali would put on some pretty good matches, even though Khali has had some trouble as of late.
Edge vs John Morrison: Two very talented superstars that would end in an epic hair vs hair match.
Evan Bourne vs R-Truth: Two very agile superstars that would help rebuild the Crusierweight division, which leads me to my next slide...
The Daniel Bryan release might have been the stupidest thing the WWE has done. Retiring the Cruiserweight title was a close second. If we bring it back we will be able to see matches like Rey Mysterio vs Evan Bourne, Primo vs Chavo Guerrero, and it would give screen time to people like Yoshi Tatsu and Zack Ryder.
They combined the titles because there weren't enough tag teams. Now you have teams like the Dudebusters, Archer and Hawkins, and The Hart Dynasty to make enough competition for separate titles on both brands.
With the divas i have a couple of ideas. First of all, use them more as Valets. For example, Eve could be a Valet to Chris Jericho, and Alicia Fox to the Miz.
My other idea i have to give credit to Dan Power, for he came up with it, is to replace the worthlessness that is WWE superstars on Thursday nights with a divas show. Vickie Guerrero would be a perfect GM for the show and we would be able to see the divas in high profile action.
The co-championship of Lay-cool gave me an idea for the Divas show, and that would be to have Womens tag titles to compete for as well as the Divas championship on the Divas show.
With the addition of the Cruiserweight title, these are whom i would give the titles to.
WWE championship: Chris Jericho: If he is going to be feuding with Khali, then why not throw the WWE championship into the picture, besides i don't want a Cena-Triple H feud with the title anyways.
U.S Championship: Ted Dibiase: If he is going to start the rumored stable, a good way to give prestige to it is to give them a title. (which is what they are doing wrong with the SES)
WWE Tag Titles: The Hart Dynasty is doing well with them right now, so I'll let them keep the titles.
Diva's Championship: Gail Kim definitely deserves to have the title because she has great talent and usually puts on a good match (for Divas standards).
Diva's Tag Titles: Melina and Beth Phoenix would make a good team, since they are pretty much the only divas besides Gail that can wrestle.
World Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk needs something to help the SES rise to a more powerful stable. The WHC would do just that.
World Tag Team Titles: Luke Gallows and SES mystery member or future member: Another thing to bring power to the SES.
Intercontinental Championship: Matt Hardy: Hardy is due for a title, and the intercontinental championship is a perfect fit for his title needs.
Cruiserweight Championship: Chavo Guerrero: He has proven himself to have good skill and has been through too many dumb Hornswoggle skits to not give him something back to save him from total humiliation.
I would get rid of all the gimmick Pay-Per-views except Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble.
I would bring back Backlash, Judgement Day, Night of Champions, and Armageddon, No Mercy and King of the Ring
I would introduce one new Pay-Per-View in February which wouldn't be much different from the other pay per views.
The elimination chamber would be held at Armageddon once again, and the Winner of King of the Ring would get a title shot at the next Pay per view.
With my additions and subtractions, this is how my Pay-Per-View Lineup looks like.
No Way Out*
King of The Ring
Night of Champions
My idea to give people some idea of up and coming stars would be to replace NXT on Tuesday nights with FCW. The tuesday night slot has been recently used a developmental show (ECW, NXT) so why not use WWE's minor leagues so to speak. It would give the fans the knowledge of who the up and coming superstars are and when they would be called up, which makes it easier to push them and get them over with the fans.
