We were able to talk with former University of Texas Longhorn Head Coach, Fred Akers, about the recent Big 12 realignment.

He had some great opinions on the re-alignment, playoffs and more!

Overall, he feels this was about money, that the Big 12 will be fine, that Texas is the greatest state for football, and he doesn't like playoffs, even though he thinks there will be more money in the Championship Game than the current system.

Thanks to Fred Akers for joining the program!
