While not official, as the Blackhawks took the stage during Leno, EA Sports mistakenly released designs on the EASports.com website.  Shortly after releasing, the site pulled down the information and screen designs.

This means Blackhawks will have been featured on the cover for two straight years.  Patrick Kane graced the cover of the ever popular NHL 10, a game that brought gamers together to form online teams.

In NHL 11, the game continues its march towards "Total User Control."  This year's game features more than 200 game refinements, including:

  • All-New Faceoff Engine
  • All-New Quick Dekes
  • All-New Broken Sticks
  • All-New Checking
  • All-New Realtime Physics
  • All-New Celebrations
  • All-New Disallowed Goals

E3 2010 released its first trailer to what will be an unprecedented 23rd Game of the Year Award in the NHL series.  Take a look here .
