Thanks to the more than 20,000 of you who took a break from reality to view our first WAG of the Week pick, the voluptuous Kelly Brook.
We're staying across the pond this week in a tribute to the World Cup.
It feels like I'm grabbing at low-hanging fruit and making the easy pick here, but she is viewed as the No. 1 soccer WAG in the world for a reason.
There's plenty of you who may never have seen Ms. Abigail Clancy. You need an introduction to the future wife of English national team hero Peter Crouch.
For those of you who know Clancy, I'm 99.9 percent positive you'd enjoy the best Abbey photo show on the Web.
Abbey had childhood dreams of being a famous singer.
She actually formed a girl band called "Genie Queen" and got '80s Brit popstar Andy McCluskey to manage the group.
The highlight of the short-lasting career path was opening for boyband Blue on tour.
Abbey first hit the international spotlight as a contest on the 2006 UK edition of "Next Top Model".
She was a fan favorite, gliding through much of the 10 weeks of votes until she lost on the final runway to Lianna Fowler.
That makes her quite possibly the hottest loser ever.
Clancy was at the center of a nationwide controversy as it was revealed during "Top Model"'s airing during the 2006 World Cup that she was dating England star Peter Crouch.
The relationship started a heated debate as to whether the mass of WAGs at the Cup were distracting the Brits from taking home the title.
Clancy, a Liverpool native, has said she instantly fell for Crouch, a Liverpool star at the time.
As her profile increased, photos surfaced during the World Cup of her snorting cocaine. Plus, allegations arose that she was cheating on Crouch with an ex.
Clancy was sent home mid-Cup. The controversy became such a distraction that Crouch faxed this statement to the press.
"In light of this, I wish to make the situation absolutely clear: Abbey and I were in the early stages of a relationship which, for a number of reasons I decided to end, and accordingly informed Abbey of my decision."
Clancy left the World Cup, but would not give up on Crouch.
She later stated that the photos were taken during a photo shoot during her Genie Queen days.
Soon after the Cup ended, Crouch and Clancy began dating again.
After the "Top Model" appearance, Clancy became a magazine cover fave.
She appeared in GQ, OK!, Maxim, Arena and four times in FHM
Abbey soon became a favorite of the video lens as well.
She appeared as an expert on "The Ultimate Bikini Guide" and "Slave to Fashion" and became a fave on the talk show circuit with frequent appearances on "Richard and Judy", "The Chris Moyles Show" and "Friday Night With Jonathan Ross".
In May 2007, Clancy landed a reality TV show of her own.
Living TV followed her to the U.S. as she tried to break in to the Los Angeles modeling scene. (Ooh, lots of drama there ... will she or won't she? Duh.)
Shockingly, she was rejected for the occasional campaign, deemed too curvy or too hot.
Her show "Abby and Janice: Beauty and the Best" later aired in the U.S. on the estrogenfest known as Oxygen.
The Janice is heinously aging former supermodel Janice Dickinson, who helped her in her pursuit.
England's new obsession then appeared in the third season of the U.K. version of "Hell's Kitchen".
She competed against a 16-pack of celebs to be deemed the best cook by some bloke not named Gordon Ramsay. (What's "Hell's Kitchen" without Ramsay?)
She was eliminated fifth overall and outlasted '80s smokeshow Kelly LeBrock.
Man, I hate this Jason Statham guy.
The "Transporter" star dated my first WotW and in my research, I noticed he also was linked very briefly to Clancy after the Crouch breakup.
Clancy has been a lifelong football fan and was very athletic in her youth.
Her brother Sean is actually a pro football player. Clancy has said she wants to show off her athletic and dancing skills on the U.K.'s "Dancing With the Stars", a show called "Strictly Come Dancing".
Clancy was one of the WAGS selected to be bodypainted for the World Cup spread in the 2010 SI Swimsuit Issue.
She won rave reviews for representing the Premiership with honor.
Clancy's cousin, Chloe Cummings, has been deemed the next big thing in the U.K. after an appearance on the fifth season of "Next Top Model".
Clancy is a consistent riser in the annual Top 100 hottie lists.
She was 37th in FHM's 2007 list, 12th in 2009 and 10th in 2010.
Really? I dare you to find me nine hotter women than Clancy in that idiotic country.
Oh, how we love to see Abbey in natural light.
I have no idea why she's holding a buoy in this photo. But I know this: she puts Pam Anderson to shame.
Clancy has recently returned to her roots with a series of magazine photo shoots.
They say she's making a "comeback". It's not like she's this over the hill Janice Dickinson thing.
Clancy's only 23.
Once they got through that initial bump in the road, Clancy and Crouch became one of the more stabile WAG relationships in the world.
They were engaged in 2009. Both are said to want a huge wedding—Crouch, you never admit that, you wuss.
The two haven't set a wedding date, so there's still hope.
Clancy appeared in a spoof of "Blind Date" on Alan Carr's comedy show in late 2009.
The episode was apparently too realistic for some folks. There were rumors after the show aired that Crouch and her had once again split.
No fax to the press this time.
Clancy has opted to stay away from the 2010 World Cup, an unfortunate trend of the WAGs keeping a low profile this year.
Instead, she is co-hosting a show called "James Corden's World Cup Live", a mix of recap, comedy and celebrity interviews that airs each night over the next month.
Oh, I wish I lived in London.
I'm going to try to close each WotW out with a look of longing so you can imagine that, in that photo, Abbey was thinking, "Man, why can't I be with this guy that's staring at me right now?"
Give us your WotW suggestions in the comments or shoot me a private message on Bleacher Report.
