I like enthusiasm and being optimistic, but let's be brutally honest and come right out and say it: December is not the best month for America's Team. It's as cruel as it is cold and they fade when they need to be heating up.

So making comments like get the ring finger ready is not such a good idea there Wade since even under Parcells the Boys weren't all that hot in the month of December. They barely got by and managed to find ways to get in to the playoffs, sometimes deserved       and often times not deserved, but never the less they were there whether we thought they should be there or not.

So while some may say that Super Bowl talk is not warranted, especially since they can not win a playoff game, I take the more direct approach and say find out what makes them slow down in December and fix it.

Then you can talk about winning a Super Bowl in February because the truth is, until the Cowboys coaches and players find out what is wrong, it seems like the same road blocks are going to befall them until they fix it.

  1. I think this year its time for a change on games in december

  2. I agree, high expectations are often the a huge curse in the NFL, most of all for head coaches...

  3. Agreed maybe they shouldn't peek so fast and leave some extra room for the next half of the season
