Underwood will escape without charges

Green Bay Packers cornerback Brandon Underwood is under investigation for sexual assault, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, via Pro Football Talk.

With what is being reported it sounds like Underwood will escape without chargers.

According to the article, it is basically a he said she said case as there were no other witnesses.

That means it will come down to the evidence and if there is no signs of bruising, which would prove the claim as it would show he forced himself on them.

However, there was alcohol involved, which means the women were probably intoxicated at the time the sex happened.

With two claims from one party it sounds like two women that are bitter over the fact that they got played and filed charges after they learned that Underwood had sex with another woman.

In the end, National Football League players need to learn that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
