This article profiles my top quarterbacks in the NFL today for raw arm strength.
This article has nothing to do with the success of the QB or his accuracy, but merely his arm strength.

Honorable Mentions
Donovan McNabb, Ben Roethlisberger, and Brett Favre (was definitely at one point, but getting older).
No. 5 Michael Vick
Obviously, Michael Vick is not the most accurate or respectable QB ever, but the man has a cannon.
No. 4 Jason Campbell
No one has ever called Jason Campbell the quickest decision maker, but he has a very gifted arm. Standing at 6'5," Campbell can launch the ball down the field, even on the run.
No. 3 Jay Cutler
Noticing a trend here of SEC Quarterbacks? Cutler definitely stacks up with the best in NFL for arm strength.
No. 2 Matthew Stafford
Stafford continues the SEC bias in this list, but he can flat out can throw. Need more evidence of his arm strength? He is one of the highest, if not the highest, rated QB for throwing power on EA's latest Madden Game...
No. 1 JaMarcus Russell
Definitely not the best overall QB in the league by any measure, but Russell possesses one of the best arms the league has ever seen. Supposedly, when Russell was at LSU, he could throw the football through the uprights from 65 yards away on one knee!
Watch these highlights from his days at LSU...
