OK, this one has me scratching my head.

Bud Selig has decided not to overturn Jim Joyce's missed call in last night's Tigers-Indians game.

He admits that the game should have ended differently, and that something needs to be done to correct errors made on the field by umpires.

So why not change the call when it's so obvious to everyone else?

The simple answer is because he's Bud Selig and he does what he wants —even if it's not in the best interest of baseball.

Armando Galarraga was given a gift by the Tigers and GM—a new Corvette convertible.

The car was parked behind home plate before Thursday's game.

See the car.

After receiving the keys to his new ride, Galarraga walked over to a tearful Jim Joyce who was slated to be behind home plate.

Galarraga gave Joyce the line-up card, and the two shared a heart-felt handshake.

See the handshake.

Bud, why are you the only one not to get this call right?
