The Bleacher Report WAG of the Week: Kelly Brook

One of the main reasons I pitched the idea of a WAG of the Week feature in the first place was to have the chance to introduce you to this English beauty.

Kelly Brook is an English actress, model and TV personality who spent far too long dating actors before becoming eligible for this honor.

Thankfully, she's ours now and I will never let her go.

Kelly, you are a beautiful woman who is not afraid to show it and show it some more.

You've graced us with the hands-down greatest sex scene in the history of soft-core titillation.

Far too few Americans know you exist. Hopefully, this will be one small step in eradicating that idiocy.

Kelly was born in Rochester, Kent, England in November 1979.

Thank you to her mother for entering Kelly in a modeling competition at age 16.

Brook was the face of Foster's Lager for a while before The Daily Star latched on to her and made her a regular Page Three girl.

Page 3? She's the lead on Page 1.

A Lad Mag Goddess

Brook soon began appearing in lad mags like GQ, Loaded and FHM.

There was no looking back from there.

Although her back side is as ridiculous as her front.

She's a Survivor

I first discovered Brook on a random channel surf one night four years ago.

That's when I discovered the masterpiece "Paradise Island" starring Brook, a balding Billy Zane and some Spanish dude stranded on an island after a shipwreck.

Oscar-Worthy Skin

So Kelly's married to the rich and obnoxious Zane, but is obviously attracted to the Spanish dude.

That leads to the greatest two minutes ever captured on film.

It's not suitable for a family site like Bleacher Report, but trust me, type in Kelly Brook Survival Island" in Google.

You won't be disappointed.

My wife laughs whenever "Survival Island" comes on, but even she can't deny that it's pretty dang hot.

Really, Kelly?

Brook actually went on to date and almost married Zane, which became a serious buzzkill for watching the movie.

Like the warrior I am, I played through the pain. Fortunately, the two broke up.

I could not bare knowing Kelly's married to a pinhead.

Don't Be a Prude

Brook actually caused a stir after "Survival Island" was filmed by asking the director not to show her nude scenes in the movie.

Yeah, because she's so bashful and reserved.

Thankfully, she relented.

She Was With "The Transporter"

Kelly actually dated actor Jason Stratham for seven years until 2004 and again nearly married.

The hookup somehow never translated to roles in the "Crank" or "Transporter" movies.

That's just bad casting. I take it back.

We Agree With the Shirt

Brook has been a reality TV staple through the years in Britain.

She started on TV hosting music blocks on MTV. Later, she was part of the popular "Big Breakfast" show before landing a gig as host of "Celebrity Love Island" in 2005.

She then participated in "Strictly Come Dancing" (the British "Dancing With the Stars") in 2007 and was predicted to win before leaving the show in Week 9 after her father passed away.

Too Much "Talent"?

In January 2009, she was selected to be the fourth judge on "Britain's Got Talent" alongside Simon Cowell, but was canned after just one week when judges said the four-judge thing wasn't working out.

She Starred With "Easy Rider" Man

Kelly has a connection to the recently passed Dennis Hopper.

She starred with Hopper in a bizarre movie in 2005 called "House of 9", where nine seemingly unconnected strangers are locked in a house to compete for a prize and find out they are connected in sinister ways.

Filled the "Speed" Need

Brook has also done voiceover work for video games, starring as Nikki in "Need For Speed Underground 2" with Brooke Burke in 2004.

Voiceovers, people? Have you seen her body?

Star of the Stage

Kelly also put some of her classical theatre training to use on the London stage.

She starred in Neil LaBute's "Fat Pig" in 2008 and is currently playing the role of Celia in "Calendar Girls", a role previously played by Jerry Hall.

Brook is currently dating Wasps rugby star Danny Cipriani, thus the WAG connection.

The two are rumored to be close to marriage. We've been down this road of heartache before, so we won't sweat it until a date is set.

Kelly finished atop the FHM Top 100 list in 2005, but for some reason, has been slipping ever since.

Again, this girl is just not getting enough exposure.

It's About Time

Kelly made news this week by announcing that after years of being pursued, she's finally agreed to appear in Playboy.

It will be a topless and artfully done spread, according to her reps.

That's good. We love art.
