On June 2nd history should have been made.

Armando Galarraga pitched the third perfect game in a month, but he was robbed.

First base umpire Jim Joyce made a horrible call on a grounder that should have been the game ending 27th out to first base. Miguel cabrera fielded the ball and threw to first to get the runner by a full step.

Cabrera actually started to celebrate untill he saw that Jim Joyce made one of the worst calls in Baseball history.

Not only did Joyce miss an easy call, usually when records are involved the umps will benefit the person chasing them.

This would have made this season the only one to host 3 perfect games. The only other time that two perfect games were thrown was 1880 and that was tied when Dallas Braden and Roy Halladay did it this past month.

Bud Selig needs to overturn this game and give Galarraga the third Perfect game this year.
