Team USA gets some very bad news today. Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has suffered a mild ankle sprain in Team USA practice. Team USA officials have described the ankle injury as minor.

This is not good considering Dwight Howard and Dwayne Wade are also coming back from injuries.

Team USA plays their first game in Beijing on Aug. 10.
