The Red Sox have scratched and clawed their way back into the playoff race over the last few weeks.   Unfortunately the offense is totally dependent on four or five bats and none of them are outfielders.   With Ellsbury and Cameron being huge question marks the rest of the season it is time to make a move for a big time outfielder.  Ryan Braun of the Brewers would be a great fit.   He would give the team plenty of power and he could be the fix to what was lost in the offense after Jason Bay left.   The Brewers are done for the season and a fire sale will be coming.  If Theo could ever strike first, before the other teams get involved in the bidding, this would be the time.  This team can not continue to play Bill Hall and Darnell McDonald on a regular basis if it wants to be in the playoffs.
