Chicago Bears

Well, the front office got it done. They signed and kept their undisputed leader.

This is a good thing, because you don't find linebackers like Urlacher everyday. This also shows that Ted Phillips and Jerry Angelo aren't as stupid as they put on 90 percent of the time.

Now if we can make the same thing happen with Devin Hester we can move forward with the "worst to first" deal. We already lost Bernard Berrian and Mushin Muhamed. Although Berrian showed that it's more about money than about loyalty to his team, I don't think I can stomach another key loss. I hope we give Bernard the beating of his NFL life.

Back to Urlacher, resigning him is a sign that he'll be a Bear for the rest of his career, or most of it anyway. Good job guys! Keep up the good work.
