How can Dale Jr get back on top? First thing would be get rid of Lance Mcgrew the bad calls all season long has cost Jr some races he should have won. The All-Star race for example why would you pit and only put in fuel and no tire's, yeah he gained some track positions but fell back a couple of laps into the run. I personally think they should bring in Tony Eury Sr not only did he help Jr win a couple of Nationwide series championship's but he's like a second dad to Jr, he can listen to jr when  he's telling him about the car and he can calm Jr down when he's frustrated.

Secondly he has to get in sync with his pit crew you can't have a driver yelling at his crew all race long that doesn't sit well with them, they figure he's going to flip out so what's the point. I understand that it's a demanding sport there's so many people you have to please but these driver's do this because they want to they enjoy it. I've noticed that Jr doesn't have fun anymore he just get's out there and tries to just survive until next week don't get me wrong i'm a Jr fan but when your equipment fails on you your pit crew is lackluster and the driver is so aggrevated no your not going to win races or championship's.

And finally Hendrick Motorsports needs to boost the moral in the shop! You have Gordan and Johnson going at each other, Martin not doing that well not to mention no one help's each other at all.  It just seems that HMS is a little one sided these day's! Now i'm no expert i don't know how stressfull it is to be a driver or teammate or team owner in  this sport but i'm tried of Jr doing so bad week after week, and Jr is to blame also he's has some issue he has to deal with but i'm ready for all of HMS to dominate again.
