  1. hahaha i thought of Charlie Murphy right away when I read the title. Man, I miss Chappelle's Show, if only Dave didn't go crazy...

I bet at one point Gare said "F*ck yo' couch!"

  2. I think he did mutter those words indeed Scott, and yeah he was wearing muddy cowboy boots!

  3. omg this is amazing daniel. great story, i loved it

    1. thanks Alan, i will be sure to tell more over the next few weeks

  4. This is the problem with the internet blogging. Anyone can post an article as being a true story. If this is true, according to your bio, you are 32 years old and in 1976-77 that would make you a new born baby or twinkle in someone's eye. I also noticed in one of your myspace picture's that you are at a party at my nephew's home. Are you sure they want you peddaling such trash about their uncle? Grow up and get a life! There are a million guys like you out there that wish they went to an NHL training camp but were never close to being good enough! Keep dreaming dude!!!

    1. I am glad you clarified that, because many people including myself have no idea about Charlie Murphy or the Chappelle Show. All in all, I didn't find it too funny nor did my brother. I think you should maybe think of the consequences of a joke like this for the people who are actually misrepresented in this so called "True NHL Story," before you post another one. Good luck in life!!!
