I Salute the MLB's Ability to Remove Chase Utley Audio While Steroids Ran Wild

I understand that MLB had you remove the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1gO45WFQqI 
 
This video was used in an article that I wrote for Bleacher Report found here: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/37912-chase-utley-drops-the-f-bomb-at-the-home-run-derby
 
Wouldn't that be considered news under MLB guidelines?
