Angels-Red Sox: Boston Suffers All-Star Hangover in 11-3 Loss

The Angels posted three runs in the bottom of the first, and that is all that Los Angeles would need romping Boston 11-3.

Designated hitter Garret Anderson knocked in five runs in the win. John Lackey pitched seven innings, striking out six, for his seventh win of the season.

Goat of the Game: Well, sort of...

Does anyone really know what Manny was doing out there in left field tonight? Really? When is "Manny being Manny" enough sometimes?

Next Game: Hmmm...

Let’s not come out so flat tomorrow. How about that?

At least Kevin Youkilis started off his second half with a bang, notching his 16th homer of the season.
