Kennedy lands a series of punches after the shove from Umaga. Umaga turns into a wall as Kennedy hits the ground running. After waving off a kick, the Samoan Bulldozer drops him again with a clothesline. Kennedy recovers and delivers a splash, but Umaga levels him with an elbow in the corner. Umaga applies a Samoan Vise Lock on Kennedy’s shoulder, but Kennedy fights out of it, only to get laid out with a Samoan Drop.

Umaga continues the pressure on Kennedy, and a botched body slam gives him complete control. It is only after a missed splash that Kennedy is able to regain momentum. After nailing the spinning heel kick, Kennedy goes for the Mic Check, but Umaga blocks the finisher and nails the Samoan Spike to pick up the victory.

Going into the break, SmackDown! unveils the new Slim Jim commercial featuring Edge.

Sixth Bout: The Dirt Sheet defeat Jesse and Festus

Jesse and Morrison start part two of the Fatal Four Way preview. After Festus scares the pants off of Morrison, he comes in briefly to land a headbutt on the Shaman. But thanks to the Miz, the champs are able to gain control of the match. After Miz makes a mistake, Jesse is able to tag in his partner.

As Morrison and Festus fight on the outside, Miz tries to gain control on the inside. After getting shot with the Biscuits Splash, Miz is saved by his partner. Jesse tosses him outside to an awaiting Festus, who drops him with the Gravy Train. On the inside, Miz hits the Reality Check on Jesse to pick up the win and the momentum for the Bash.

Back on SmackDown!, JR and Mick recap the anarchy that is RAW and do a rundown of this Sunday’s Great American Bash.

Before the main event even begins, the Hardyz grab the cake and toss it onto the wedding party en route to the ring.

Main Event: Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy (No Contest due to Interference)

Both brothers exchange arm wrenches and arm drag takedowns to start the match. Jeff gets the Twist of Fate blocked but hits the Whisper in the Wind. As Jeff flips back into the ring, Matt sends him back outside with a clothesline. Back inside, Jeff blocks the submission and lands the donkey kick. After a Side Effect, Jeff misses the Swanton Bomb.

Matt recovers and lands a moonsault on his brother, but before he can pick up a victory, La Familia hits the ring and drops the brothers. After Edge spears both of them, they are cleared out of the ring to make room for a special edition of The Cutting Edge.

Back on The Cutting Edge, Edge is showing a video montage of the journey that he and his new bride took to get to this point. As the video ends, the show is saved by the appearance of Triple H. The Game comes bearing gifts for the happy couple. His first gift is a video piece that shows Edge and Alicia Fox. Now at first glance, everything seems normal as the groom and the wedding planner go over the gameplan for the wedding.

But as the video continues, Edge feigns a shoulder/neck problem in a way to get a massage from Ms. Fox. Edge reaches his breaking point and sends the crew to take down his opponent for the Bash.

Triple H was prepared for an ambush as he unveils his second gift: his patented Sledgehammer. As we return to the video, Edge is finishing off his massage with Alicia Fox, and in the process, he starts insulting his wife’s “size.” Triple H throws more gas on the fire as he unveils his third gift: A pair of Vickie’s “parachutes.” As we go back to the video, Edge and Alicia begin to play tonsil hockey on the couch.

As Triple H walks away smiling and laughing, La Familia is holding back a screaming and cussing Vickie from a frantic Edge, who runs away as SmackDown! goes off the air.
